Double Hung
Double-Hung Windows feature movable top and bottom sashes (or panels) that slide open and closed vertically. Both sashes may be opened simultaneously to create a natural convection, allowing cool air to flow in through the bottom and hot air to escape out the top. Additionally, both sashes tilt inward for easy cleaning of exterior panes. Similar to the single-hung style, Double-Hung Windows also admit a significant amount of natural light into the home and provide a wide opening for maximum ventilation.

Hung windows are built with 2 vents that operate vertically. One vent is fixed in place for the single hung, while both vents move in the double hung. They are great for providing a large amount of light and optional cross-ventilation. All of these windows feature fully extruded screens and the vents tilt in for easy cleaning.
